The Design Education Forum of Southern Africa (DEFSA) is a professional organization of design educators, spanning most design disciplines such as industrial, graphic, interior, clothing, ceramic, textile, jewellery and commercial photography.
The Twelfth National Design Education Forum (DEFSA) conference was hosted by the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) in collaboration with the 2009 International Mohair Summit.
Presentations and abstracts from the 2009 conference as well as previous DEFSA conferences are available under "Conference Papers"
